A replica according to the plans of the renowned Swiss astrolabe maker Martin Brunold. Astrolabe out of the vicinity of Georg Peuerbach (1423 - 1461), possibly made by his own hands.

Rete with 31 star positions. 3 plates for geogr. latitudes 33°, 38°, 43°, 48°, 53°, 58°, each with 3°-almucantars, 5°-azimuths, twilight line, temporal hours and astrological houses.
